If you are purchasing a digital product, Clickbank is the way to go. The site has very tight rules on refunds and always favor the buyer. Up to 90 days after you purchase it is very easy to get a refund through Clickbank with no questions asked. You don’t even have to be able to contact the actual seller of the product to get the refund.
So the next question is if I have bought a product, how do I get a refund? It’s actually really easy. You see when you buy a product on Clickbank you are actually purchasing from Clickbank. The way it works is the seller sells the product at a discount to Clickbank and then Clickbank actually sells the product.
There is one important factor in getting a refund. Any time you purchase an item from Clickbank you must hold onto your receipt. It makes it much harder to get a refund on a Clickbank product if you do not have your receipt. Your receipt includes all your purchase information. The nice thing is nobody reviews your query for a refund, it is all done by their system.
To get your refund all you have to do is go to your mailbox. Locate your receipt and forward it to refunds@clickbank.com. From their the system will pick up the purchase number off of your receipt and issue your refund. The vendor will then be notified that your money was refunded. As long as you forward the receipt within 90 days you will receive your refund.
I have purchased hundreds of Clickbank products. If they do not deliver on the promise of their fantastic sales pitches I love it. I can simply send this email off and I have my money back. No argument with the person selling the product, I am assured each time that I get a refund.
