my website is ranking on 1st page of google for some keywords, and I want to lease it to my friend and redirect my website to friends website (his website is optimized to same keywords as mine).
Will 301 redirect lose my backlink juice? After 301 redirect will his website now rank on 1st page of google to the same keywords?
Which is the best way to lease my website to my friends website with out losing the 1st page ranking for the keywords?
