How can I make an online shopping cart system in dreamweaver?

Something like the shopping cart system on amazon.com, but without having to sign up when you go to purchase. Instead then I would just like a form that the user fills out to give their details, which is then sent to me somehow. I was just thinking next to every item there would be an add to cart button, and then in the corner of every page a view cart button.

You cannot make it using only dreamweaver you can code either php or asp.net using dreamweaver and mysql then you can make a shopping cart
