In 1shoppingcart.com, my autoresponder doesn’t send when a product is purchased; any thoughts?

  1. Should just take of itself if you have it set up right!

    To setup, ensure you:

    1. Are on the Basic or Pro package.

    2. Selected the appropriate autoresponder from the ‘autoresponder’ field on the product details page (the product being purchased)

    3. Have a ‘Day 0′ message in the autoresponder selected (day 0 messages are sent right away)

    To troubleshoot:

    Open up the client details page for someone who purchased the product in question (click on their name from your order details page) and scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see a list of all the autoresponders you have created. If the client was added correctly to the autoresponder during the purchase process, there will be a check mark in the box next to the appropriate autoresponder.
