What happened to Yahoo Search Marketing’s keyword selector tool?

I’d like to launch some ad campaigns on Yahoo and 2 of the tools I used via Yahoo seem to have vanished! One was their keyword selector tool that gave me a readout of the number of hits on the keyword & it’s variations from the prior month & the other was similar in that it would show the top ten bidders for a particular keyword for that prior month and what they bid on that keyword. These were invaluable tools for anyone wanting to set up ad campaigns and needing feedback on possible costs and popularity of certain keywords! Can anyone help out there?

  1. Here is the URL:

It goes down from time to time probably due to server overload.

  2. Overture’s keyword selector tool is no longer being supported by Yahoo. I’ve been using Microsoft’s Keyword Forecast tool, and I must admit it’s pretty neat. Here’s a link:

    Best thing, it’s free…=)

    Good luck…
