Last week, I decided to refresh my mind and go over some old training videos about Search Engine Optimization ( SEO ). In other words, “How can we get our MLM articles to come up within first page of search results when searched on google?” So, in watching this video, and seeing how much there is to know, I thought this would be a perfect topic to cover in my blog. Although I can’t cover everything here, I can give some real insider’s secrets.

Firstly, Traffic + Conversion = PROFIT!!! And quality articles that rank high in search engine results get the most traffic, hands down.

But what information does google use to determine who gets ranked highest? Well, they typically look at two key ingredients. 1. How old is the particular page? And 2. How many links are out there that point to it? So we need a page with time to mature (which happens over time), and then we need a lot of links pointing to it with good anchor text matching your target keywords. For example, if your article is about a successful business leader in MLM , be sure to mention his/her name a couple of times throughout the article. Don’t overdo it, though… Or it will sound like you are throwing the name around in every sentence!

Ok, with that being said, we can come up with a 4 step plan to write a great article which ranks high in the search engine results.

Step 1. Write an article about your niche. Keep it at about 500-700 words. It could be a “how-to” article, latest gossip, product reviews, top 10 MLM companies, 5 things to avoid, etc. Just be informative in what you write.

Step 2. Re-write the article to create unique versions so as to avoid duplicate content. Google overlooks duplicate articles, so just re-word what you have already written. An easy approach to this is to work paragraph by paragraph.

Step 3. Start Submitting your different article variations in different article directories like EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.com, Buzzle.com, or UberArticles.com. You basically trade them your article content in exchange for a live link back to your site.

Step 4. Repeat this process over and over (at least one article per week) with new and informative ideas and topics that pertain to your MLM business or products. All these links will now point back to your website or blog.

If you follow these four easy steps, you will achieve high rankings with google search results, and thrive in your MLM business. Work hard, be consistent, and I’ll see you at the top!!!
