Many people in large urban cities have a difficulty giving up their personal cars for public transportation. The public transportation may be less than reliable or too dangerous to ride. These roads need to be repaired frequently and that is expensive and makes use of many resources.

The wear and tear for your car too can produce an over usage of natural resources. The cars we use as of late are continuously no longer environment friendly on account of their age. We use automobiles to drive heaps of miles every 12 months and this produces many more problems and extra stress to the environment.

An experiment was conducted in Utah which was based on reducing the number of days that people worked during the week. Many countries including where I live in the United States are addicted to oil. We cannot escape it. In fact we use oil in a large percentage of plastic products that we use everyday. It is not only in fuel but also in these array of products. If we were able to reduce the amount of gas that we used drastically then maybe we could reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

The ability to have work from home careers are rare. They provide so many benefits to the average person trying to make a living. The benefit of being able to stay home more and make your own time schedule are up at the top of the list. The benefit to be able to help out our environment is up at the top of the list as well.
