1. Vision. There is more to life and business than what is happening in your local areas. Your downlines need to widen their expectations for success by “seeing” what is possible in the business at events.

2. Education. When our Team attends an event, they have the opportunity to “sharpen their saws”. They receive specific business building training and product training and leave the event better equipped to represent the company and build their business.

3. As you attend events, take pictures with the top income earners and with the company’s management. Use these to your advantage to increase your credibility in the eyes of those you work with.

4. Credibility. Again, when you and your distributors witness actually product and business results at an event, it builds the credibility of the company and the opportunity. There is power in credibility for your team will lose faith in what they represent if they don’t believe in it.

5. When you attend an event, another benefit is that you actually see that other people just like you are making money! Some rise to the top of the company faster than others, but the reality of it is, people are succeeding. If they are, you can!!

6. Inspiration. Be inspired to get into action. When you see others “getting it done”, it will certainly inspire you to do the same!

7. Recognition. I have been taught that people will do more for recognition than they ever will do for money. Now personally, I have found this to be true some of the time. But at events, when people are recognized for their accomplishments, it helps them and their teams fully realize that success is within everyone’s reach.

8. A critical component of any event is Recognition. Not only is it vital for people who have rank advanced to be recognized, it’s important for the whole company to see, once again, that it can be done!

9. Decision. Major decisions to rank advance or to dedicate more focus to the business are made as a result of attendance at an event.
