In addition, their payout plan is segmented into 3 different divisions, the personal commissions, open line commissions, and generational commissions. So, without getting into too much detail my own assessment is that the 5linx compensation plan does seem to be lucrative, with your income increasing dramatically as you reach the top level of senior vice president.
