I have had chance to speak with various mlm’ers over the last month or so, some are seeing success and some are failing fast, I think that the main reasons people are not making any money in this business is due to inadequate training and support. Sad but true that a lot of network marketing companies and sponsors simply have not shown their new recruits how to get money into their business quick enough. Retention rates in this network marketing industry are a low 15% People just entering the industry often say they don’t get the help they need from their uplines and it goes without saying that the traditional methods of recruitment do not work as well as they used to.
Attraction marketing is something that you must educate yourself on if you have not already, I learned from the great master himself Mike Dillard and since putting his principles into action I have been able to build a very profitable business and work with like minded people. If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. Once you start marketing yourself if you get it right you will be a magnet for the correct people to you and you start to build trust and authority with them and done correctly they will be asking you to show them your business rather than you pushing it onto them.
Using the internet and employing the attraction marketing principles is very effective. Take heed though, don’t bother being one of those annoying people that spams the internet by posting links everywhere saying ‘Best Opportunity ever, make $$$ overnight, Best Payout ever’ etc…you know the kind of things im talking about, those emails fill up my inbox everyday. New prospects want to know who you are before they agree to buy your stuff of join your company, therefore you are much better off marketing yourself and what you can give to your prospects in the way of overwhelming value and support. Always give outstanding value!
Always remember to captivate the attention of your prospects you must offer them outstanding value, go above and beyond what everyone else is doing and you will stand out from the marketing noise and be someone who is respected and sought after. You must have systems in position that will get the job of networking with prospects on auto-pilot, I’m refering to videos and autoresponders, emails you write once and then can be read by thousands over and over again, videos you produce once and can be watched by by new people time and time again.
Again all this you must teach to your team. Attraction marketing is the way to go, not spam marketing. By passing on these these methods to your team you will have a much better retention rate. There is much more I want to share with you, but I will need to write another article for that
