If you want to have a professional career as an mlm marketer you have to invest in your professional image. You want to let prospects know that you are trustworthy and that you know what you’re doing, and image is a big part of the process.

Do You Live Your Life In The Comfort Zone?

No coarse seas. See no evil, hear no evil, and talk no evil. I am not going to trouble you and I do not would like you not to trouble me. That is the comfort zone. Or as some call it living in the box. Where do you live? Do you live in the box. I mean do you live your life in the comfort zone?
I don’t mean comfort like you are financially comfortable. That’s where we all want to be. I mean comfort in the fact that you will never stray to far out of the comfort of your box. Like a puppy or a new born chick. They will never stray to far away from their mother. Why would they? They have warmth, food, and comfort. Kinda like why so many kids today, who don’t move away from home and make a life for themselves. They are comfortable there. They don’t want to move away from that comfort.
Eagles are a superb example of this.
Eagles are very beautiful and interesting birds. They build their nests on high cliffs to keep intruders out and their eggs protected. After those eggs hatch and the birds are born, they will grow up and be fed and protected until they can take care of themselves. The mother will get the young ready for flight by flying close to the nest with food in her mouth, but never giving it to the young birds. As she flies by, they try to grab it from her. Teetering on the edge of the nest their wings are open and flapping to keep from falling. In this way they are exercising the wings that will eventually allow them to soar at heights of 10,000 feet and reach speeds up to 35 mph.
To get the birds out of their comfort zone, the mother will take out the soft feathers that had once lined the nest. This can expose the troublesome sticks and twigs of the nest, making it anything except comfy.
To the stubborn bird who just doesn’t want to leave that warm comfy nest, she’ll ultimately push him out. As he falls, he had better discover the best way to use those wings. She’ll come underneath him a few times and catch him to try again. This will only go on for so long. If he hasn’t picked it up, she’ll let him fall to his demise.
97% of the planet’s population live their lives in their comfort zone. In the box. Only 3% go out of the box. Those are your Donald Trump’s, Robert Kiyosaki’s, and Thomas Edison’s of the planet. They’re the chance takers. The folks that dare to fantasize. The adventurers of this world. The entrepreneurs that may leave their marks on society. Discover the answer to an illness or something.
Thomas Edison tried over a thousand times to build an ordinary bulb. Just think what amount of people must have laughed? How many must have thought he was a bit crazy? Boldness , endurance, and a will that isn’t moved by the naysayers. You know the people. They holler their insults and negative remarks from the comfort of their own box. That is what is needed to be a network marketer. You must get uncomfortable. You’ve got to get out of your box.

One of the first things I noticed when I started to dig into Send Out Cards was that a lot of their bonus payout revolved around getting new distributors to take their training programs or training seminars. It seems like a win-win situation, providing necessary information to new recruits in order to succeed, and promoting teamwork by frequently getting team members together during training.
The most efficient teams with their respective leaders provide these type of training programs and seminars to their members for free or at budget friendly prices, because it would greatly contribute to the success of the team. Thus I wanted to learn on how effective this training is for it to be a large part of the bonus commission and pay out plan.
After trying to get involved in the actual training however, I arrived on the conclusion that it would cost me more time than capital could afford to spend since it is not company policy to train someone who won’t join the company anyway. What is this all about? What I did is to go over the feedbacks from the distributors and also interviewed one of the trainers on what the company really offers.
As expected, I heard a variety of results. The quality of training is obviously going to rely on the quality of the trainer, and it is an important requirement when training distributors in order to advance in the compensation plan. And since the only requirement in order to become a trainer is to be trained, I arrived at the conclusion that you should give attention as to what team you wish to join up with and person who will be your trainer.
At best I got the impression the company training was mediocre, especially since the distributors that will be building the company will be paying for it. On the other hand, this can be used to your advantage.
As an internet marketer, it appealed to me because it is an internet-based service catering to online marketers. Much of their training is intended to help you on this aspect, but it is limited. Expanding your internet marketing education will broaden the appeal of your team to potential distributors. By combining company training with expert sales which converts third-party MLM training, you can make more commissions, build a stronger team and develop a network which pays out higher residual incomes.
