This adjuster makes it easier to read long swathes of text and is less tiring on the eyes. IPS(In-plane switching), however, should make you cautious about reading top secret messages on the bus home as this allows you to read the screen from practically any angle.

So much more than an ipod touch, the ipad even has a virtual keyboard which in landscape mode will let you type in a normal manner instead of having to use the usual pecking action of a single finger. As well as this, there are many new capabilities such as tap and hold allowing you to get different options the longer you press on something.

When it comes to apps, the ipad has apps which have been written for sole use on the ipad but that doesn’t mean someone switching from an ipod touch would have to start buying a whole new library. Most apps are compatible yet the graphics will appear a little shaky due to the bigger size screen.
